The Black Pine is conveniently located just 8 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg while still offering a peaceful mountain cabin experience. A personal vehicle is strongly recommended for getting around the Smoky Mountains area, as public transportation is limited. The roads leading to the cabin are paved and accessible year-round, though mountain roads can be steep and winding in some areas. Parking is available directly at the cabin for multiple vehicles. Guests with electric vehicles can also enjoy complimentary Tesla charging during their stay. Popular attractions, restaurants, hiking trails, grocery stores, and downtown Gatlinburg are all within a short drive from the property. During peak travel seasons, we recommend allowing extra travel time due to traffic in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
